- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night stay charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Payments via bank transfer or Ecocash are also accepted with prior arrangement.
- Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and at an additional cost. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- Linens and towels are changed every third day of your stay. Additional changes can be requested at no extra cost.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid any charges.
- If you do not show up for your reservation without cancelling in advance, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your reservation due to a special circumstance, please contact our front desk as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and do our best to accommodate your situation.
